HERBALIZER Limited 1-year Warranty to Original Purchaser

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Accessories are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

HERBALIZER warrants the Herbalizer (“product”) purchased in the United States or Canada against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with operating instructions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser. HERBALIZER shall remedy any such defect claimed under the aforementioned warranty at its sole discretion by means of repair or replacement with new or refurbished individual parts or by delivery of a defect-free and working product.

The original end-user purchaser has the option to register for an additional 2-year extension of the warranty by registering their product via the included Warranty Registration Card within the first year of ownership.

The Warranty is only valid on Herbalizers purchased from the Herbalizer Store or Authorized Retailers.

This Warranty shall be void upon transfer of ownership of this product and is effective only when used in the United States or Canada.

The Warranty covers the Herbalizer only, and not any accessories such as the “bowl,” “whip assembly,” or “balloon.” This Warranty is limited to repairs or replacements of original parts which in the opinion of HERBALIZER are defective in workmanship or material. Any other customer claims against HERBALIZER, including for compensation, are excluded.

This Warranty does not cover damage or cosmetic deterioration resulting from negligent use, misuse, or abuse, damage caused by accident or dropping, damage caused by water/liquid, cleaning solvents of any kind, exposure to the elements, or normal wear and tear. Any use of this product with anything other than dry herbs or herbal extracts will void this warranty. Any unauthorized alteration of this product will void this Warranty and the owner’s right to operate this product.

HERBALIZER agrees to repair or replace the product at no charge, within the Warranty period, provided that the product is delivered to HERBALIZER in its original packaging, fully insured.

All shipping charges must be covered by the customer. Return instructions must be requested by sending an email to support@herbalizer.com. Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid any delays.

To honor this Warranty and to ensure the best service to our customers, HERBALIZER requires the following information be sent to support@herbalizer.com when requesting to return Herbalizer for repair:

  • A copy of the original sales receipt
  • Model number & serial number of the unit (located on bottom)
  • Your address and phone number
  • A detailed description of the problem

HERBALIZER will review the information and confirm repair evaluation eligibility prior to the device being returned.

Any returned product found not to be defective is subject to a $50 charge to cover the diagnostic evaluation and return shipping cost.

If a product receives warranty service, the Warranty period is amended to either (a) the time remaining on the original (or extended) Warranty, or (b) 90 days from the date the product is shipped back to you, whichever is longer.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN THIS WARRANTY SECTION, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON-INTERFERENCE, ACCURACY OF INFORMATIONAL CONTENT, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, LAW, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY HERBALIZER, ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS. THE HERBALIZER IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL HERBALIZER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, LOSS OF REVENUE, BODILY HARM OR LOSS OF LIFE, OR COST OF REPLACEMENT GOODS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE HERBALIZER, TO THE EXTENT AN IMPLIED WARRANTY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, SUCH WARRANTY IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY. THESE WARRANTIES GIVE CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND CUSTOMER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. THIS DISCLAIMER AND EXCLUSION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
