Herbalizer Warranty
Herbalizer warrants the Herbalizer device purchased in the United States or Canada against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with operating instructions for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the end-user.
You can extend the warranty for an additional 2 years by registering the product within the first year.
The original end-user purchaser can extend the warranty for an additional 2 years by registering the device via the included QR code or by visiting www.herbalizer.com/register within the first year of ownership.
This extends the total warranty period to 3 years.
The warranty covers repairs or replacements for defects in original parts, including replacement with new or refurbished parts.
It applies only to the Herbalizer device itself and excludes any accessories such as the “bowl,” “whip assembly,” or “balloon.”
No, the warranty is only valid if the Herbalizer was purchased from the official Herbalizer online store or an Authorized Retailers.
The warranty will be void if:
- Ownership of the device is transferred to another person.
- The product is used outside of the United States or Canada.
- The device is damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to water or liquids, use of cleaning solvents, exposure to the elements, or normal wear and tear.
- The device is used with substances other than dry herbs or herbal extracts.
- Any unauthorized alterations are made to the device.
To return your Herbalizer for repair, follow these steps:
1. Send an email to support@herbalizer.com requesting return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.
2. Provide the following information:
- A copy of the original sales receipt.
- The model number and serial number (located on the bottom of the unit).
- Your address and phone number.
- A detailed description of the problem.
3. Herbalizer will confirm repair eligibility before the device is accepted for return.
If a returned product is found not to be defective, a $50 charge will apply to cover the cost of the diagnostic evaluation and shipping.
If your device is repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty period will either continue for the remainder of the original (or extended) warranty period, or be extended for 90 days from the date the product is shipped back to you, whichever is longer.
No, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, negligent use, water/liquid damage, or exposure to the elements.
It also excludes cosmetic deterioration and normal wear and tear.

THE HERBALIZER IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL HERBALIZER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, LOSS OF REVENUE, BODILY HARM OR LOSS OF LIFE, OR COST OF REPLACEMENT GOODS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE HERBALIZER, TO THE EXTENT AN IMPLIED WARRANTY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, SUCH WARRANTY IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY. THESE WARRANTIES GIVE CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND CUSTOMER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. THIS DISCLAIMER AND EXCLUSION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
