Currently we only offer shipping within the Unites States.

Soon! We're working on adding Canada to our shipping route but for now we only offer sales within the United States.

Yes! Currently economy (5-8 days) shipping of orders over $60 is FREE, but Rush (1-2 days) can be added to any order for a fee of $19.95

Adult signature (21 and older) is required for all orders over $200.00.

Full name is required for the order to be shipped out.

If your order value is lower than the indicated amount, shipping costs of $8.00 will be charged. 

Yes, however we cannot ship to a PO Boxes for orders over $200.00 as these orders require delivery signature.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Accessories, perishable goods and sanitary items are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@herbalizer.com with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Do not mail product back without first initiating a return via email.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds can take some time to post.
  3. Contact your bank—there may be processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Yes! We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To exchange, email us at support@herbalizer.com with details about the issue.

If marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Do not mail a return item without first contacting us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
